Terms of Service

AGK HVAC Solutions provides air conditioning and HVAC repair, maintenance, installation and cleaning services in the UAE. Service availability, response times and scope depend on location, site conditions and technician availability.

Prices shared by phone, WhatsApp or on this website are indicative until a technician inspects the unit. A final quotation is provided before chargeable work begins. Additional faults discovered during work will be quoted separately and require your approval.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us. A call-out or inspection fee may apply if a technician has already been dispatched or if access to the site is not provided at the agreed time.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example under an annual maintenance contract). Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of service.

Repairs and installations carry a workmanship warranty for the period stated on your invoice. Spare parts carry the warranty offered by the manufacturer or supplier. The warranty does not cover misuse, tampering, damage by third parties, power issues, or faults unrelated to the work performed.

• Provide safe and timely access to the equipment and site
• Obtain any building or landlord approvals required for the work
• Give accurate information about the fault and the equipment

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for pre-existing defects in equipment or premises.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
